This is the best show on TV. If you aren't a believer yet, it's time to go rent all of the previous seasons on dvd and take in all of the sweet, sweet goodness that is Jack, Kate, Hurley, Locke, Ben, and Sawyer.

SportsCenter. Enough said.

If you've got to be a nerd to watch Heroes, then sign me up as Top Nerd in Nor-Cal because I love this show. Long live Sylar and Heroes!

Then there's VH-1. I can't explain why Celebrity Fit Club, Celebrity Rehab, Behind the Music, etc always find their way onto my DVR, they just do and I love every second of those darn shows!

It's all about JACK! Every one should take in some 24 goodness every now and then. Critics say it's lost the edge, they even call it predictable, WHATEVER - long live Bauer!!!

Last but definitely not least is my man Bear Grylls. Dude is awesome! Both me and my wife can sit down and watch him do the craziest stuff. Bear is the man!

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THE NEWSBOYS?

Here's why their special to me. As crazy as this sounds, I experienced the presence of God for the first time at one of their concerts in the late 90's at Great America. They were singing a song about being a "Part-Time Christian" you know, clocking in every Sunday morning like a good church boy and then clocking out living like the devil the rest of the week. That was me. During that song, even though there were hundreds of people all around, I felt the presence of God come over me like I was the only one there. No one can take that experience away from me. It was as real as real gets. One of the moments in time that I'll never forget. Thank you Newsboys and thank you Jesus!
