Always a sucker for Buzzfeed click-bait, I must’ve scrolled by “You are a BADA$$” by Jen Sincero about this a hundred times this holiday season.  After seeing a couple girlfriends post about it on social media, I decided to give it a read, and I am SO GLAD I did! Jen Sincero is like having all of my girlfriends and a life coach combined into one.  Funny, uplifting, and straight to the point.  Jen talks about our subconscious and how identifying the problems in our lives is the first step.  Unintentionally, I also learned a lot about being a mom from “You are a BADA$$” by reminding me that our words mold the minds of our littles and how they view life.  My well being has taken an enlightening turn since reading this book.  GET IT! – Madden
